How To Make Ice Pop/Ice Candy – The Secret Recipe Revealed 

Today I will revealed and share the secret recipe of some from factories who produces  ice pop, ice candy or juices which is for commercial used and found and sell in any groceries and super markets nationwide. I got this secret idea recipe in my employer during my last worked at one of the biggest Ice pop maker company in the country Philippines.

Now I will now start teaching you the steps in making best:

Ice Pop/ Ice Candy/ Juice Recipe

Materials Needed:

1 – 24 liters Jar                      1 – Electric Heater or Pot

1 – Long Ladle                       1 Bundle – Wrapper (Ice Pop or Ice Candy or Juice)

1 – Pitcher                              1 – Heavy Duty Plastic Sealer

1 – Stainless Strainer            1 – Ice Box

1 – 1Tbsp Scoop                    1 – Freezer

Ingredients:

1 – Bottle Food Flavor (Any flavor)                                1 - Pack Citric Acid

1 – Box Food Color (Any color)                                       1 - Pack Sodium Benzoate

1 – Sachet Magic Sugar (Secret Ingredients)

¾ - Central Sugar

24 Liters – Fresh Water

Procedure:

1 - Fill the jar 18 liters of fresh water.

2 - In the jar again pour the 8 packs of food color and 1 Tbsp of food flavor depends of what kind of juice you make like orange, cola, ube, strawberry and others.

3 - Put the main secret ingredients 1 pack of “Magic Sugar” can buy and found in Muslims barter, then next put 1 Tbsp of Citric Acid.

4 - Mixed or stir it well with the used of long ladle and set aside.

5 - Boil 4 liters of fresh water and put in the pitcher when totally boiled and pour 1 Tbsp of Sodium Benzoate together with ¾ central sugar then mixed and stir it well.

6 - Pour the mixture in the Jar with the used of stainless strainer and together with remaining 2 liters of water until the jar becomes full and again mixed then stir it very well so that the ingredients will totally dissolved.

7 -  After all you can now transfer it to plastic, ice pop, juice wrapper and sealed with the used of heavy duty sealer.

8 - Put it in the ice box and keep off under heat of sunlight because it can cause spoiled or bad Ice pop or Ice candy juice.

9 – You can now transfer it to the freezer and then you can enjoy eating and selling it.

10 – You can store and disposed the juice within 1 to 2 months before it expires.

This is very suitable for children’s especially summer vacation.
